Turkish equities saw a slight increase after Wednesday’s market closure, with the BIST 100 index rising by 0.09%, bolstered by gains in the Transport, Non-Metallic Mineral Products, and Technology sectors. Notable gainers included KA Inat veayi, up 3.90%, and Coca-Cola Türkiye, which rose by 3.31%. However, Kuyi Viflarasi T led the declines, dropping by 4.71%. Overall, declining stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Istanbul Stock Exchange. In commodity markets, gold futures fell by 0.42%, while crude oil prices also decreased. Meanwhile, the USD/TRY remained unchanged, and the EUR/TRY fell by 0.42%.
